The smaller the Municipality, the higher the political costs

Many people argue that the costs of politics at central level are definitely higher compared to the local level. This is not true when we measure the expenditure on institutional bodies against their corresponding decision-making power. This article deals especially with the problems of efficiency in very small municipalities.
