Qualification apprenticeship and professional diploma, the secondary education diploma and vocational training: an application to the agricultural sector

Legislative Decree No. 81/2015 (the so-called Jobs Act) opens the way to the implementation of a dual training system with the introduction of substantial amendments to the first-level apprenticeship contract (regulated by the Biagi Law).
The present note illustrates an application to the agricultural sector of the apprenticeship contract in secondary education, following the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 81/2015. The objects of simulation are the following: contractually-agreed working hours, cost of labour for the employer, and apprentice’s salary level.
